Tricks and Combinations vary in this all-levels pole class. Prerequisite: Pole Sit. We may do individual tricks, low flow, full combos, static, spin, or floorwork. All levels welcome!
Keep in mind that in the pole dance world, the phrase “All Levels” means ANYONE can attend the class, BUT there may be some things you can’t do just YET. Like any sport, you have to train!
Bring knee pads. Loaners are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. DO NOT APPLY ANY LOTION OR OILS FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO COMING TO CLASS. Recommended clothing: Shorts, tank top, t-shirt, sports bra, etc. DO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS!
