the muscle groups needed for the Workout Of the Day (WOD).

5-10 Minute instructional on the movements, standards, form,
technique and learning the Workout Of the Day.

10-20 Minute Workout Of the Day.

Bring: Any accessories needed, Gloves, wraps, sleeves, bands,
needed to perform class.
