This class implements some Advanced movements and workouts
that can be modified but may be difficult for someone unfamiliar
with them: Pull Ups, Jump Rope, Barbell work, etc.

Priming the muscle groups needed for the Workout Of the Day
(WOD).

SKILL/STRENGTH Portion: Developing your skills, and strength
through controlled programming and repetition.

Metobolic Conditioning Workout (METCON) focusing on intensity,
volume, and challenging the skills you have been learning in
class.

Bring: Any accessories needed, Gloves, wraps, sleeves, bands,
needed to perform class.
