A full body workout customized for pole dancers to target the
muscles and movements needed for pole specific movements from
beginner spins to the most advanced tricks. Focus will be mainly on
core and upper body. This class is held in the pole studio and uses
the poles for conditioning work. This class is designed to
supplement, not replace pole curriculum classes. Students
should not expect to learn/be taught new skills in this class and
will be asked to work at the level appropriate modification
provided for each exercise.
