Kundalini Yoga, is called the Yoga of Awareness and the Yoga of Transformation.
It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your
soul.
We use powerful kriyas and meditations combined with breath, mudra, eye-focus,
mantra, body locks, and postures to challenge and strengthen the nervous
system, balance the glandular system, expand the lung capacity, and purify the
blood which brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.
This class consists of tuning in with mantra, a short warm up and/or pranayama,
a kriya or set of specific exercises, a meditation, relaxation, and a closing prayer.
