This moderately paced class is open to All Levels of pilates experience. If you are a newer client, this class will assist you in becoming familiar with a wide variety of pilates exercises and help you to develop confidence with the use of the various apparatus. If you have pilates experience or a more advanced pilates practice, this class will allow you to focus on different exercise variations and develop more autonomy in your workout. Expect a fun and collaborative class between student and teacher.
