Beginner Silks
This
class focuses building aerial tricks and combos using the silk
hammocks. Improve form, strength and endurance on this unique piece
of equipment.
Prerequisites: 1) Regular attendance to Aerial Fitness or Intro to Silk Tricks, 2) physical comfort wrapping silks around body, 3) the ability to perform simple silk combos (backstraddle/diaper wrap), 4) arm and core strength to lift body up with both hands. Max cap: 5
