Using aerial hoop, you'll learn the basics about working with the equipment, terminology, and intro-level skills. All fitness levels are welcome. There is no prerequisite for this class, but some experience with silk hammocks or panels is recommended, not required. Space is limited. This class focuses building aerial tricks and combos using the lyra. Improve form, strength and endurance on this unique piece of equipment.
Prerequisites: 1) Regular attendance to Aerial Fitness or Intro to Silk Tricks, 2) physical comfort wrapping silks around body, 3) the ability to perform simple silk combos (backstraddle/diaper wrap), 4) arm and core strength to lift body up with both hands. Max cap: 5
