Once the block has started it is possible to book and pay for just the remaining sessions. Please call us to arrange this. It is also possible to attend as a drop-in.
Establishing a Yoga practice in adolescence enables young people to learn some vital tools to help them listen and respect to their bodies, grow and develop resilience, and especially help cope with the big changes experienced during this time.
These class are inclusive, non-competitive and heart-centred, focusing on the mind-body connection; helping young people to develop a loving, healthy and respectful relationship with their body, developing attention and presence, all whilst improving strength and flexibility.
Sessions include physical postures, breathwork, mindfulness and gratitude practices, discussion and importantly a long, nourishing deep relaxation pratice (yoga nidra).
