From our Werk+Flow grounded movement family, Boot Camp Burn develops strength and endurance. Using a circuit format, we will target the whole body with stations for upper and lower body and core! Curriculum may use pole or aerial apparatus, as well as bodyweight, weights (kettlebell or dumbbells), or other tools like resistance bands and yoga blocks.

Attire: Layers can be good here. For ex, pole or biker shorts but also bring leggings or socks. Tank or tee with sports bra underneath.
