Shred X is a high intensity circuit class designed to get fat burning and muscle building right away. This class is open to ALL levels with absolutely NO EXPERIENCE necessary. Strength and resistance training mixed with cardio is the best way to transform yourself into the strongest version of yourself both physically and mentally. You can stick with SHRED and SHREDX for great results or you can take the required 8 SHREDX classes needed to start CrossFit and go next level! SHREDX introduces the use of barbells and weightlifting on Monday and Wednesday night classes. Class is 1 hour.
