Designed with moms in mind, bring your baby or toddler with you for a one-hour and fifteen minute fitness class. Class is structured for a great warm-up, conditioning, and flex. As a series, we will build upon learning throughout the 4 weeks. We will have access to use utilize aerial apparatus, but prior experience in this discipline is not required.

What if I miss a week: If you need to miss a week, no worries! Your spot is held for the series. But there are no refunds for individual classes.
Anything else: Bring your own yoga mat if you like, and a water bottle!
