Based around the benefits of Kettlebell training. This group is available to people of all ages (Youth may join at trainers discretion). You will be challenged but train at an intensity that suits you, using exercises that suit you. We will help you develop well rounded fitness, improve movement quality, challenge your brain-muscle connections and have fun.
Why is this different for the typical group session?
- Each person is assessed and will be given the opportunity to work on areas that need improving within the session
- We will focus on training intensity and also optimal recovery, within the training session and after the session.
- We will use some traditional exercise and also some that may be different, all with the goal of developing an improved physical version of yourself, develop injury resilience and improve movement and athletism
- We will constantly monitor progress and make adjustments accordingly
- Based on the assessment we may not allow you to do certain movements if they are going to increase risk for injury. We will however incorporate other exercises/strategies to get you to the point where you are able to do those particular exercises.
