This class is designed for all levels, with pose modifications
offered to aid the beginner or to challenge those who wish to
deepen their practice. Class begins with a warm-up that includes
breath awareness, centering and gentle stretching. You will then
maintain awareness and focus on the breath as you move into slow
flowing vinyasa sequences with holds in some postures. It will
conclude with a cool-down that includes deeper stretches and
various relaxation and meditation techniques. You will experience
the physical benefits of yoga, such as increased flexibility,
strength and balance as well as the mental benefits of yoga, such
as stress reduction, relaxation and peace through connecting with
the essence of yoga.
