Join EF coaches for a camp in the evenings (5:30-7 pm) the week
of the VHBG Youth Triathlon (Aug 15-18) on the race course.
Participants are taught essential skills to enjoy the sport safely
and effectively. Below is an overview of each day:
Monday– Bike/helmet safety check + swim & run technique
Tuesday– Bike technique + transitions
Wednesday– Swim, bike, & run course preview & workout
Thursday– Review of skills + triathlon race simulation
