This class is a great way to begin your hot yoga journey or
grow your yoga practice. Using infrared sauna heat to thoroughly
warm the body, you will be guided through beginner yoga poses in
this Hatha flow style class to release toxins, create space and
strength with lots of alignment cues and modifications available.
The room temperature is set to 95 degrees instead of the usual 104
that traditional Hot Yoga is usually set to. Guided relaxation may
be included.
