of slow grounded Vinyasa (flow) style yoga that begins with mindful
movement on the ground and builds into a breath-centered flow
ending back on the ground with deep stretches (focused on hips and
glutes) and a relaxing short savasana at the end. This class may
include myofascial release using props such as tennis balls,
lacrosse balls or foam rollers to get deeper into the tissue that
will leave you ready to start your day.
