If you are new to Pilates please start with our
Beginner Reformer class.
Full Body Reformer is a challenging athletic style reformer
class with multi exercise sets. This class has basic core exercises
that are done with intensity to challenge and fatigue muscles. Your
entire body will get a workout unlike any reformer workout you've
known.
This class is part of our Essential level which
follows our Beginner level class. In it you can continue to learn
and master key exercises and the reformer equipment.
Please start with Beginner if you are brand new to Pilates Reformer.
