PHIT (PILATES HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
An interval based reformer class of key pilates exercises done
with intensity to raise the heart rate and challenge the muscles
without typical impact cardio movements.
Intervals of work are spaced with intervals of rest.
Not ideal for Beginners without prior pilates or
reformer experience. This class is part of our Essential level and
will be a good challenge for those with limited
experience.
