Our Reformer+Barre class will
lengthen and strengthen your muscles while increasing your core
stability and balance.
This is a reformer based class
that fuses reformer and barre exercises into a fun and unique
workout.
This mixed level class includes
numerous standing exercises on the floor and on top of the
reformer.
You should have at
least one year of reformer experience before taking this
class.
Please know this class
is not for those new to Pilates or the
reformer.
