Yoga Flow is for adults with any level of yoga experience,
any gender, and at any fitness level. Yoga poses for strength,
mobility, and balance are linked together with intentional breath.
We move for most of the class and finish with a short meditation
and rest period to get you back to your day with a fresh energy and
awareness.
We know it can be tough to work in time for your own yoga practice
with little ones at home, so babies and toddlers are welcome to
come and join as “audience members.” We will welcome their noises
and activity as part of the ongoing energy of our practice, but no
baby, nor bump, is required for class!
