Join Nichole Strickland for her new 6 week Commit 2 Fit program, built for 2 days a week in the gym and online support at home.
Commit 2 Fit focuses on strength training, mobility, and nutrition to help make it a well rounded program. Strength training will help build muscle. Adding mobility will help improve your form & help prevent injuries. And we will look at how good nutrition works, what meal plans look like and work together if you want to come up with a plan that works for you.
You will find constant and consistent support, as well as accountability from both Nichole and the group that you will be part of. Whether you are new to fitness or a veteran, Nichole will provide proper instruction and training for all fitness levels.
