Reformer Mixed is a full-body Pilates equipment class using
spring-based resistance on
the Balanced Body Reformer to develop strength, control, mobility,
and coordination.
Classes blend classical and contemporary Pilates exercises with
varied sequencing
while maintaining structure, precision, and flow.
