This Class begins with a gentle awakening of the spine using the Great Yoga Wall to assist, support, and explore length in Our bodies. Soft movements are linked with the breath slowly welcoming functional mobility in Our major joints and energy centers. The Practitioner moves in a way that they need as options are given to allow gravity to expand the body, alignment ques to learn moe about Our bodies, and options also to activate muscular tissue for detailed awareness & toning. Beginners to the Yoga Wall are welcome.
Please note that tuition for classes at/before 7 am and classes that are at/after 7 pm will be increasing from $9 to $10. This change will go into effect as of 4/3/2023.
