Conscious Connected Breathing is a
powerful technique to let go of old thought patterns and create a
shift in consciousness. The breathing triggers a natural process of
cleansing and relaxation, dissolving blocks to improve emotional
balance, awareness and aliveness. It consists of using a circular
and conscious-connected breathing technique with an intention while
lying flat on a yoga mat or sleeping-bag with music playing to
bring integration of body-mind-and-spirit.
Although the studio does have a
limited amount of bolsters, mats and blankets, you might be more at
ease bringing your own Yoga mat/blanket and pillows for
comfort.
Facilitator: Clark Henderson-Davis,
BS CAP CTT Advanced Level II Breath Instructor. Clark has 20-plus
years of work in addiction and trauma treatment, with wide-ranging
experience involving individuals with complex post-traumatic stress
disorder (PTSD), substance addictions, process addictions, and mood
disorders.
