Lyra focuses on a different way for you to experience the
aerial arts. This class uses a Lyra, also known as an aerial hoop,
to help you develop a new set of skills and strengths. In this
beginner class you will learn basic grips, poses and sequences that
will help condition your body and the art of putting the moves
together in a sensual routine.
(Please wear leggings or tights and a fitted shirt.)
Students must take 5-7 Intro Classes to move to Lyra Level 1.
