<p>Sparring is your opportunity to “put it all together” against a real opponent who is trying to hit you and prevent you from hitting them. Intensity varies according to skill level and experience. New boxers who wish to spar begin by sparring with more experienced members who understand how to guide a new boxer to improve their skills, gain confidence, and adapt to the environment of “the ring”. Sparring sessions are not true fights, they are where we learn to fight. This session is open to all in good condition. Sparring events are strictly optional.</p>
