Postpartum yoga is a place for new parents to gather and explore yoga during this new chapter in life. This class is about self care and making time for you! Classes will focus on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and building flexibility through opening poses and light vinyasa flow.
This class is open to all birthing people and all levels of experience! We welcome anyone that has already given birth and has been cleared by their midwife or doctor to exercise. We request that babies are left with outside childcare during this class so everyone in the space can enjoy a break.
*This registration is for in person participation in a class happening in our studio, 2 hour cancellation policy applies. Bring a yoga mat, as well as two yoga blocks and a blanket if you have them. New yoga mats are available for purchase, blocks and blankets may be borrowed from our community props. Classes start promptly, late arrivals will not be admitted.
