Yoga to Wake Up (Virtual)
Good morning, sunshine! This practice is ideal to wake up, energize and set your body, mind and spirit to prepare for the day. This is a gentle Hatha Yoga practice, including Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) with variations, different asanas each class, breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra) at the end of the class. Depending on the evolution of the students, the class can become more energetic and challenging, but we will start with the basics for every body!
