As we age, it's wise to have self-care practices that help us maintain or even gain strength, joint mobility and balance. This series will work on all three, working progressively through the series, each week slightly more challenging.
Come join Karen Lee, Yoga Therapist, for four weeks of practice. The sessions will be recorded, and you'll have access to the recordings for additional practice on your own ADD until October 7th.
This class will take place on Zoom. All registered students will receive the zoom link one hour before the first class.
