Ayurveda is a beautiful, profound, and all-encompassing system of health and healing from India that is a sister science of yoga. In Ayurveda, there is no one size fits all approach which can make it challenging for newcomers to put together a set of specific practices to utilize. In this workshop, we will first go over the foundational principles and then determine our specific Ayurvedic constitution types. From there, we will work on putting together a set of practices to assist us with our wellness. The workshop will conclude with an ayurvedically based yoga practice and meditation session suitable for all.
