Body Conditioning class is a 45min. 'head to toe' session of
smart, efficient and functional fitness. - Never boring, Alwyas
invigorating!
Women over 40 can benefit greatly from attending this
class. Fire up your metabolism, and keep bone density
sharp.
Every week there is a different challenge, we use various
props such as resistance band, Swiss Balls, Dumbbells and
more. These sessions also
offer you a good variation on disciplines like Dance techniques,
Calisthenics, yoga asanas, and even elements of Martial
Arts.
