Time to get more air! Level 3 expands more on the grounded moves, and really getting more comfortable off of the ground. We will expand into gripping the pole in more ways – knee grips, leg hangs, hip holds, elbow grips, shoulder mounts and more! We will also start the basics of inverted bracket holds to start working toward handsprings!
Attire: Please wear either clean sneakers or bare feet to class, workout clothes that you can move freely in, shorts, and a top that allows for skin access to the waist and tops of your shoulders.
Prerequisites (must at least attempt on both sides):
- Able to climb the pole 2 times
- Know several forward and backward spins
- Capable of spins where the legs do not touch the pole
- Invert, hold inverted V (aka chopper), hold inverted crucifix with no hands
