In this heated (90-98 degrees) class, the breath and movement are synchronized within and between yoga poses. Rhythm and speed of body movement mirrors your flow of breath. This recenters the body’s nervous, muscular, circulatory and energy systems and awakens energy in the entire body. Be prepared for a detoxifying sweat as you build your own internal heat in this dynamic class. Mixed level class - ALL levels welcome from beginners to the more advanced practitioner!
