“Nothing is so healing as the human touch.”
The ancient art of Thai yoga massage dates back to 2500 B.C. It was performed on the Buddha by friend and doctor Jivaka Komarabhacca. This form of holistic healing supports the relief of chronic ailments, pains and opens energy pathways to restore the health and vitality in a person naturally. In its essence, Thai massage is the practical application of Metta, which is loving kindness in action.
In this 2 hour workshop you’ll have space to explore, and/or gain valuable techniques for your current therapeutic practice, through the lens of Thai Yoga Massage.
