Need help unwinding at the end of the day? Want to do something to get better sleep? Join the Unplug Class on Thursday evenings in October. Every class will include gentle movement (asana), guided breathing practices aimed for relaxation, and guided meditation practice. Come join this limited offering.This class will be lead by Dr. Kim Allen, a certified 500-hour teacher and 500-hour yoga therapist through the American Viniyoga Institute. Kim has her doctorate in Health Education, is an adjunct professor at IUPUI, a certified Yoga Therapist, a licensed Massage Therapist, and a Nationally Board-Certified Wellness Coach. She has been teaching yoga since 1996 to a wide range of speciality populations and loves teaching others.
