These 90-minute In-Studio sessions are designed for folks returning to in-person yoga classes, and those ready to start exploring a wider variety of yoga asana (poses) and yoga practices.
If you are experiencing chronic pain from past injuries, in this series you will find relief, alleviating issues in your back, neck, shoulder, wrists & more. If you do not suffer from past injuries or chronic pain, this series will allow you to move even deeper into your personal yoga practice.
In addition to the yoga asana (poses), your facilitator will lead you through a journey of breath and tension-relieving practices to help you balance your nervous system. We invite you to come learn why downregulating your nervous system in this way will reduce anxiousness and stress, which will help you find new depth in your healing. By reducing discomfort from injuries both physical and emotional, you allow healing and recovery into your life.
Your facilitator will provide detailed Yoga Actions to support all seasoned beginner practitioners on the path of exploring these intermediate yoga practices. Hint: “Intermediate Yoga” does not mean harder or tricky yoga shapes. We meet you where you are and support you while you explore all of the above. Your facilitator will provide “bus stops” or options, and individual options are explored as needed.
