<p class="font_9"><span class="color_11">Power Vinyasa is a fun and energetic yoga class aimed at balancing the dynamic between strength and mobility to help practitioners become RESILIENT in their body, mind, and spirit. Expect well-rounded classes that challenge the body, explore the mind, and integrate spirit. Ample time for meditation and relaxation/savasana will be made in order to balance the work of the class.</span></p>
<p class="font_9"><span class="color_11">This class is open to practitioners who are looking to enhance their fitness practice with yoga, advance their yoga practice, and/or want to explore the connection between body/mind/spirit through mindful movement. Multiple genres of music and basic Sanskrit may be used during practice. Please inform the teacher of any mobility limitations so modifications can be given. </span></p>
