Power Vinyasa is a fun and energetic yoga class aimed at balancing the dynamic between strength and mobility to help practitioners become RESILIENT in their body, mind, and spirit. Expect well-rounded classes that challenge the body, explore the mind, and integrate spirit. Ample time for meditation and relaxation/savasana will be made in order to balance the work of the class.
This class is open to practitioners who are looking to enhance their fitness practice with yoga, advance their yoga practice, and/or want to explore the connection between body/mind/spirit through mindful movement. Multiple genres of music and basic Sanskrit may be used during practice. Please inform the teacher of any mobility limitations so modifications can be given.
