Instead of dropping into a regular intro class, with this crash course you'll get a mini-seminar on all the basics you'll need to start training.

- Stance and movement
- Basic Striking (punches, kicks, elbows, knees, etc.)
- Basic Defense
- How to hold pads for a partner
- Q&A about training equipment
This class is definitely intended for beginners, and it's totally fine if you don't have any experience at all!
