This unique class incorporates both cardio and strength sequences followed by a yoga posture for a good stretch and rest. Choreographed to fun music, this class is the same every week so that you can learn the moves and become the expert. But as soon as you get it all down, we will switch it up again the next month to keep your body guessing. Sweat and have fun doing it!
