Who is your best friend? The person you turn to for advice the most? The one you feel safest with? Knows all your secrets? The one who really understands you? And lastly, who is it that you feel the most loved by or easiest to give love to?
For most- “Myself” was not on the list of answers.
We have to admit this whole human experience is a wild ride.
From the day we come into this world, to the day we leave it-we plunge into the world and look around for something to be the answer to those questions. It is literal human nature to yearn for and cultivate, deep and meaningful connections.
“If you do not go within, you go without”- Neal Donald Walsch.
Doesn’t it seem just as wild that our body (our personal vehicle we were given to adventure through this life with)- and this soul (the one and only one that feels it so deeply)- doesn’t consider it naturally and automatically appropriate to answer “myself” to all of those?
We are the only person who has been with us every step of the way – since the day we were born.
We are the ones who have seen, heard, and felt it all front row and center. No need to play telephone in hopes of the person on the other side being able to understand even slightly- we know the whole story and impact, without even speaking a word.
Yet we ask all outside sources how we should feel. What we should do with our lives. Who we should or shouldn’t love. We ask them for the answers – the love, the connection, the “right” or “wrong” way- and so much more- as much as we can.
Where is your power in that? Do you really feel as though you came here to live through the shoes of everyone but yourself? And if you ask yourself the question of “Could I have answered ‘Myself’ to those questions” how far from yes are you?
In this workshop we will start from the ground up with honest conversations about how we speak, connect, love, and honor ourselves. This face-to-face conversation is held with a “me, myself and I” approach and yes, a mirror.
It will be raw, real, courageous, and safe – all at the same time. We will support each other as we sit down honestly with ourselves and discover a powerful method of re-wiring the relationship we have with ourselves, the human experience, and the world of relationship around us.
Exchange is $100/person. Pre-registration required. This workshop is limited to 4 people. Intimacy is important for this offering <3
