<p class="p1">Every week there is a different challenge, we use various props such as resistance band, Swiss Balls, Dumbbells and more. These sessions also offer you a good variation on disciplines like Dance techniques, Calisthenics, yoga asanas, and even elements of Martial Arts.</p>
