Our mid to advanced class is held in a heated yoga room at 90- 95 degrees F to help facilitate the muscles to perform and stretch to the max.
Power yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures that follow the flow of the breath. Moving on an inhale and continuing to the next pose on the exhale. The more practice the more you will increased flexibility, toning and strengthening the muscles. Other awesome benefits are burning calories and increasing lean muscle mass which leads to boosting the metabolism.
