<p>This class builds on to our Classic Flow which is a Vinyassa Flow that connects movement and breath. It is designed to increase flexibility, build core strenth, improve balance, and promote mindfulness. It consists of a warm-up, 2-3 sequences of movement and breath, a challenge which may include learning a new pose or a core sequence, and a cool down with stretching. Power Flow is generally taught at a quicker pace than a Classic Flow and may include more advanced poses.</p>
