This is a mixed level non-heated Vinyasa flow yoga class. It's a smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures. It’s a practice that builds strength, and each movement is initiated by slow controlled inhales and exhales. Expect leg, hip, back, and shoulder openings with longer holds to gain stretch and increased mobility. You can return to work or your afternoon activities feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day!
The class is best suited for those having a basic knowledge of
