Flow and Let Go! This relaxing and restorative class begins with a smooth Vinyasa flow connecting breath to movement, and releasing tension and stress from the body, mind, and spirit. The class will then transition to the practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is practiced in the pose of savasana. The practice includes sankalpa. Sankalpa is a positive, supportive personal intention you create for yourself.
60-75minutes. Room temp: warm. Class is open to all levels of students; beginners welcome! Bring a warm shirt/sweater and a pair of socks for the Yoga Nidra so you don't get cold. Many students also bring their own blanket or pillow.
