Let your tensions melt away in this heated Yin-inspired class. This class will include long, deep holds in seated and reclined postures combined with counterposes to release stress in the body, increase flexibility, and improve circulation in the joints. MELT is the perfect complement to your regular yoga practice. Nourish and restore your body and mind, and leave feeling open and relaxed.
Room will be heated to help the body relax. Students should bring their own mat and water, along with desired props.
