This class emphasizes sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by the breath. The movements are creatively sequenced from a gradual warm up, to an active flow, cool down and finally to sweet rest. Each class integrates awareness, alignment, balance, and grace in a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
