If you have a dedicated practice and are ready to continue challenging yourself, Strong Flow is the class for you! In this class, you will be expected to understand the alignment of common poses and how to modify out of poses beyond your capability. This class will explore deeper back bends, arm balances and inversions. We will break a sweat through effort!
