Join expert yogini Laura Armenta for a nourishing Partner Yoga experience designed to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and strengthen human connection.
This gentle, supportive workshop weaves together:
- Partner-assisted and restorative yoga asanas
- Accessible pranayama (breathing) techniques for all levels
- Thai Yoga Therapy–inspired elements to encourage trust, care, and mutual support
You’ll be guided through a soothing “parade” of poses—receiving and offering support in a way that feels safe, respectful, and deeply grounding. Expect slow pacing, clear guidance, and plenty of options.
