A comprehensive Prenatal Yoga class focused on preparing you
physically, mentally, and emotionally for process of birth and
becoming a parent. This class will increase strength, physical and
mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while
reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Prenatal Yoga also helps
reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with
pregnancy such as nausea, tights hips, and heartburn.
*This registration is for in person participation in a
class in our studio, 2 hour cancellation policy applies. Bring a
mat, as well as yoga blocks and a blanket if you have them. We do
have some community props available to borrow and new yoga mats for
purchase. Classes start promptly, late arrivals will not be
admitted.
